Victoria Riverside is the inaugural phase of the ambitious Victoria North regeneration project in Manchester, marking the largest Urban Renewal initiative in the North of England. Covering 390 acres and comprising 15,000 new homes with a total value of £4 billion, this development is set to redefine the urban landscape. Located between the Green Quarter and Ancoats, the development offers strategic accessibility to NOMA's commercial district and the vibrant Northern Quarter.

Scope of work - Creation of FEC’s residential marketing suite.

On behalf of our client, FEC, Project Interiors was commissioned to construct the marketing suite for the Victoria Riverside development

The transformation began with refurbishing the existing developers' shell, incorporating new drainage and mains electrical connections, along with a specially designed joisted floor. The basic space was delineated using partitioning, enhanced by bespoke joinery shelving, column details, and feature skirtings, resulting in a visually appealing sales area with an office at the rear.

Utilising bespoke premium materials was integral to achieving a superior finish, including concrete-effect flooring adorned with brass diminishing strips, and Venetian-style plasterwork. The project was completed with exquisite furniture and custom-designed lighting shades, encapsulating the high-end living ambiance envisioned by the client throughout the estate.
