Meadowside is a lavish residential development featuring exclusive one, two, and three-bedroom apartments characterised by their high-end specifications and spacious living spaces. These luxurious apartments are an integral part of the N.O.M.A regeneration project, offering picturesque views of the surrounding area and boasting a plethora of nearby amenities and transportation options.

We were appointed by the Far East Consortium to design and fit out the resident amenity areas which included a residential lounge and yoga/gym room.

Within the residential lounge, our team designed a versatile space that includes a dedicated entertainment area complete with an indoor cinema, a private dining space, a collaborative working lounge, and kitchen/bar area.

The Yoga/Gym area was thoughtfully designed to accommodate diverse fitness needs, incorporating a free weights section, a cardio workout area, secure locker facilities, a convenient water station, and a Yoga Studio that offers serene terrace views. We installed curtain and glass panels to maximise the flexibility of the space while infusing it with natural light from the expansive glass terrace.

This comprehensive fit-out project encompassed a complete Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) package, encompassing design, supply, installation, rigorous testing, seamless commissioning, and the final handover of the entire building.

To seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces and complement the industrial-inspired warm colour palette of the residential area, we also introduced new flooring and carefully selected furniture, resulting in a inviting environment for residents.
