We were approached by Cushman and Wakefield to be part of a competitive tender to create office space in the Baltic place building, Gateshead on behalf of Cambridge Assessment Group. 

After a successful tender process we embarked on this prestigious CAT B fit-out that included raised access flooring, glazed screens, full M&E adjustment and additions along with new floor finishes and canteen/brake out facilities. 

We successfully delivered during the COVID-19 outbreak and after some extremely creative distancing and mobile hygiene innovations by our contractor and site team. The client moved in on time.
