We recently completed a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) renovation at Hamwic Halls for Homes For Students, designed to elevate the student living experience through quality and modern communal spaces. Key updates included:

• New Beds: Installation of brand-new beds in 80 rooms to ensure residents’ comfort.
• Communal Kitchens: Transformation of large studio spaces into 5 modern, 10-person kitchens, fostering a vibrant shared living experience.
• Room Refresh: Fresh paint for 80 rooms, adding a revitalised look and feel to each space.
• KLD Room Refurbishment: Stylish and functional updates to 5 Kitchen, Living, and Dining (KLD) rooms, creating welcoming spaces for socialising and relaxation.

This project focuses on enhancing functionality and creating inviting spaces to improve the quality of student life.
