Project Interiors has a wealth of experience on complex design and fit out work within the Healthcare and Cosmetic sector. Previous projects include NHS design fit out projects, so we understand the unique challenge this presents from a typical office or professional environment.  We recognise the importance of meeting completion deadlines and working over a phased period that is compatible with a 24-hour operational setting, whilst minimising disruption to the occupied environment.

Our latest project within this sector was a medical and cosmetic testing facility located in Manchester. We worked closely with the client to understand the exact needs of the projects and we were able to deliver a solution that was tailored to the brief. The works undertaken was complex in both design and timescales with a 5-week deadline to complete the works:

• Full strip out of all laboratory equipment, furniture & flooring
• Creation of new chemical store
• Creation of new Hygienic equipment cleaning area
• New non slip coved flooring installation 
• New bespoke high workstation tables and chairs
• Removal of redundant gas supplies
• Installation of new incubators and relocation of existing equipment
  

The project was successfully delivered on time and on budget.
