Working for our client Homes for Students, this student accommodation was refurbished in summer 2021. Built in 1994, Oxley Hall is located in attractive landscaped grounds, less than a mile from the popular student area of Headingley, Leeds.

A total of 443 rooms are spread over 12 blocks with a mix of room types including en-suite with junior double beds and larger standard rooms with a double bed. Working for our client @Home for students, the first of twelve blocks were refurbished by the Project Interiors team in Summer 2021.

The scope of work comprised of refurbishing 40 bedrooms, corridors, stairwell and 4 kitchens. The block was stripped back in its entirety and we delivered new furniture throughout including beds, desks, chairs & wardrobes, redecoration, new carpets, new lighting and upgrade of the electrical infrastructure and new kitchens, including all white goods. We project managed the works from inception to completion, delivering on time and within the tight budget & program constraints set.
